You can only reserve once you have received your Evite to this event. And the only way to receive an Evite is to fill out the membership application (on this website) and have your membership approved. The Evites for this event will be emailed on October 4th. If you submit an application and your its approved you will receive your Evite at the time of approval.

****** All the overnight rooms have been completely sold out, both at the inn and the hotel. If we told you that we're holding a room for you then you're all set. If we didn't, then do not send a payment for a room because it will be refunded to you. If you are not sure if you have already been confirmed for a room, then contact us immediately. We have started a waiting list for rooms if there are any cancellations. So please, if you would like to go on the waiting list, let us know. Those of you near the top of the waiting list will most likely get a room because there are always cancellations.

If you don't get a room, it's not the end of the world. Merava is one of the few swing events that even offers overnight accommodations. So you can still have a wonderful night even if it means having to walk from the newly acquired block of rooms next door or finding lodging elsewhere.

Merava only has a finite of spaces to attend the actual party itself. Unlike rooms, we do not hold spaces for the event itself (unless you are long term member in good standing). So it's best for you to get in your admission payment as soon as you can. Because once all those available spaces are gone, there will be no way at all for you to attend the event. Even if you're on the waiting list for a room, still make your admission payment. If a room opens up for you, we'll just put that towards your overall payment.

We cannot tell you how pleased we are with the incredible response to this party. Merava has always tried to do things a little differenlty when it comes to the swing scene. We're thrilled that everyone is so supportive of our effots. And for that you have our sincerest appreciation.

* Prices for the Halloween party are slightly more than a regular event so that we're able to bring you an even more spectacular event.

* Please make sure to send in the appropriate payment for either the inn or the hotel.

* Both the inn and the hotel are on the same property and within a few feet of one another. The dancing and games are conducted at the inn. The rooms at the hotel are newer and generally larger. The rooms at the hotel are newer and generally larger than the ones at the inn.

* All rooms come with private full bath.

* Rooms at the hotel come with a small refrigerator.

* Space will go quickly for this event, so book as earlier as possible. Once all spots have been filled, we will notify you through Evite and the Merava Yahoo Forum.
